To place orders on bestcraft.pt, the user must be properly registered on the site. To do this, you can go to the "Create an account" option on the "Login" button in the upper right corner of the website or follow the link Create an account!
The user must enter the following required information:
- Full Name
- Username (can be a short name for the purpose of "login")
- Password
- Password confirmation
- Email address (must be unique registered in the system, there may not be another username using the same email)
- E-mail address confirmation
Then, due to security resons, you must tick the field "Captcha" showing that you are not a robot.
By clicking on "Register" button you just completed the registration process!
Note that if you do not fill in any field marked as "required" you cannot register on the site, staying on the same page.

It is very easy to purchase products in bestcraft.pt, just follow these steps:
- Put in the shopping cart the items you wish to purchase by clicking the "Buy now!" button that is next to each of the product images;
- Click the "My Cart" link at the top of the right side of the page;
- Follow the instructions stated on the site in the various stages of validation;
- In the last phase you will have to opt for one of the two available payment methods: PayPal or Wire Transfer (Bank Transfer). After this choice, you will receive in your email a description of your purchases and payment instructions if you selected Wire Transfer;

- Upon receipt of payment, Bestcraft will send to your address the products listed in your order;
- It is crucial that your registration email in bestcraft.pt always remains updated.

Two methods of payment are available:
(i) Via Paypal - If during the order process the customer selects the mode of payment Paypal your browser will be redirected to the Paypal site and all information provided on your credit card are restricted to this site, not being sent any information in this regard to bestcraft.pt. The site Paypal is a trusted support secure transactions.
(ii) Via Wire Transfer (Bank Transfer) - If during the order process the customer selects the mode of payment Wire Transfer, the necessary elements to perform this action will be displayed on the "Cart" page. In addition, the customer will receive an email with the details of your order and instructions for payment by wire transfer. The faster you process your bank transfer, the sooner you receive your order to the address indicated. If after 15 days we do not receive your bank transfer, we will consider that your order has been canceled.

Throughout the buying process there are several buttons that let you clear the "basket" or cancel the order. Should return the Bestcraft the complete package, containing all the components of the product , in excellent condition , while it must send the Bestcraft written with a clear indication of the order no exposure ( which is the Order Number ) of recorded and the contacts name. In case of Return and Refund must also add your bank details .
Upon receipt of the returned order, Bestcraft reimburse the customer the price of the goods purchased , leaving the burden of the client the costs of returning the parcel to Bestcraft . In the absence of any component of the product sold or if any of them are not in excellent condition there will not be any refund . In the case of the exchange of the order , the Bestcraft available to carry it out within 30 days after receipt of the order, getting court costs payable by the customer .

Once we receive your payment either via Paypal or by Bank Transfer, we will send you the ordered products to the address indicated on the customer record. You should receive your products within 10 days after the payment reception.
